7am – 9.30am The Pete Brady Breakfast Show

Again this week we have an extra half hour of get your Friday morning going music. The Featured Artist at 8 is Donovan who emerged from the British folk scene in early 1965 and subsequently scored multiple international hit singles and albums during the late 1960s. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012 and the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2014. Don’t miss it!

9.30am – 10am Local News Round-Up with Penny & Brian

10am – 11am This Week with Penny

Joining Penny in the studio this week is health and nutrition coach Sarah Culpepper from Glasssponge Coaching. Sarah will be giving us ten top tips to improve your health as you age, sharing small achievable changes you can make to keep you fighting fit for the future!

11am - 11.30am The Local Eco Show

Penny chats to food scientist Richard Marshall about the issues behind food waste and what we can do about it to reduce our carbon emmissions and preserve our global resources.
