7am – 9am The Pete Brady Breakfast Show
Another two hours of great music between 7 and 9 this morning. My Featured Artist this week is the American musician Glenn Frey (pic right). He was a founding member, co-lead singer and frontman of the Eagles. In1984 he embarked on a successful solo career resulting in a string of Top 40 hits. As a member of the Eagles, Glenn won six Grammy Awards and five American Music Awards. Don’t miss it!
9am – 11am Yabber Yabber with Chris Capel
My guests this week are Molly Hall from the NAWT at Trindledown Farm and Jill Fitzpatrick from the Lambourn Riding for the disabled (RDA) (pic right). Molly (pic below) will be providing the latest news from Trindledown
and Jill will be talking about the RDA’s upcoming events including a fantastic quiz on Burns Night. Brian Quinn will be on hand to tell the 4LEGS listeners what’s going on in the Lambourn and surrounding area and there’ll be the usual ‘Business Matters’ slot which looks at the past 7 days in the UK economy. There’ll be some great music as well.
11am – 12noon This Week with Penny
This week Penny chats to Jamie Bransden from Keystone Heritage (pic right), a construction expert on old properties about what home owners can look out for if their building has solid walls and damp issues. Jamie will also explain the benefits of using lime as a traditional construction material.
12noon - 12.30pm The Downlands Racing Show with Chris Carter Brennan
With milder weather now with us Chris will be very happy to preview some great racing at this weekends venues including Ascot (pic), Haydock Park and Windsor. The feature race on Saturday is The Grade 1 BetMGM Clarence House Chase at Ascot. So tune in when Chris will do his level best to find 4LEGS listeners a winner or two.
