There’s the usual look at the UK economy during the “business matters” slot and Brian Quinn will tell you anything and everything that’s going on in and around the Valley in “What’s New Mr Q” Plus, you can enjoy another very funny story from 60’s American comedian Bob Newhart and of course you can enjoy some great music throughout the show.
11am – 12noon This Week with Penny
This week Penny is joined in the studio by Claire Coard (pic right) who runs a B&B in Great Shefford and makes a lot of food for her guests from scratch including bread, butter and mayonnaise. Claire will be chatting about seasonal food and how to replace meat with tasty vegetables in classic dishes like lasagne and shepherd’s pie.
12noon - 1pm Downlands Racing (Derby and Oaks Preview) with Chris Carter Brennan
