Here’s what’s on FABULOUS 4LEGS Radio

7am – 9am The Pete Brady Breakfast Show

Seems that the Autumn weather has finally arrived and Pete will have another two hours of great music to set you up for the weekend ahead. Plus, his featured artist at 8 is Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. Long Live Rock and Roll!! Don’t miss it!

9am – 11am Yabber Yabber with Andy Westgate

Andy’s standing in for Chris again this week. He’ll be checking out what’s going on this weekend, and there’ll be the usual business matters which looks at the past 7 days in the UK economy. Brian Quinn will be popping in and Andy will be looking back at this day in music history. Plus of course there’ll be some great music.

11am – 12noon This Week with Penny

This week Penny is joined in the studio by retired lawyer Mike Bowden who has worked as a volunteer support worker in Swindon for many years and has sadly reached the conclusion that the system for assessing people’s entitlement to Personal Independence Payments (PIP) is not fit for purpose. He will be sharing his experience of helping many people appeal their decisions.

12noon - 12.30pm Downlands Racing with Pat Murphy & Chris Carter Brennan

There’s more great action from Newmarket at the weekend which includes the Group 1 Dewhirst Stakes and the Club Godolphin Cesarewitch handicap run over 2 miles 2 furlongs. Penny Locke is the show’s host with Pat Murphy and Chris Carter Brennan providing all the analysis and latest news for the big races.

12.30pm – 1.30pm Pop Quizzical with Tim Stutt

Join the 4LEGS Radio Popmaster Tim Stutt for more musical brainteasers in this one hour pop quiz.

1.30pm – 2.30pm The Gardening Show with Linda & Jane

On this month’s Gardening Show, Linda and Jane discuss how to make a hot box, save seeds (pic) for next year, the benefits of mulching and much more.

2.30pm - 4.30pm Face2Face with Tim & Linda Forrester

On Face2Face this week, we have adventure on ice, underwater and up mountains and we check out the progress of new transport ideas under the water and up in the sky. We also check out a famous castle (pic) where donkeys play a key role. We mix these tales with plenty of music from the likes of Robert Plant, Elton John, Al Green and the Pointer Sisters.
