Here’s what’s on FABULOUS 4LEGS Radio

7am – 9am The Pete Brady Breakfast Show with Andy Westgate

Join Andy Westgate this Friday for Breakfast as he dusts off his alarm clock and keeps the seat warm for Pete Brady. The weeks featured artist is the The Stranglers, together with weather updates and Programme information…..it’s very much a case of “business as usual”,  although if you have a sleepy head in the family he’ll lending a helping hand at 7.30. 9am – 11am Yabber Yabber with Chris Capel

Chris interviews Esther Fairfax (pic right) who’s mother Lotte Berk founded an exercise method for women derived from ballet training called the Lotte Berk technique. Esther who’s Barre studios are in Hungerford is qualified to teach and train people in the technique. She talks about it’s origins and how exercises are specially designed for non dancers to enjoy and achieve. On the same subject Chris interviewed Kelly Wackerman (pic below) who was trained as a teacher by Esther and runs her own classes based on the Lotte Berk technique from her studio in Long Beach California.  Also on todays show there’s the usual “business matters” slot which looks at the UK economy and Brian Quinn provides all the local news and event info during “What’s New Mr Q”  Enjoy!

11am – 12noon Old Wild Men with Max & Tobi

The theme for this week’s Old Wild Men is tribute. Specifically tributes to session musician John Giblin, Glastonbury and Tobi’s mother-in-law. You can enjoy music from artists including Lee Dorsey, Nancy Sinatra, Dean Martin, Tom Waits, Leo Kottke, Wayne Fontana, Simple Minds and many more…

12noon - 12.30pm The Downlands Racing Show with Pat Murphy & Chris Carter Brennan

Pat and Chris look back at last weekend’s Irish Derby at the Curragh and preview Saturday’s Group 1 Coral Eclipse stakes at Sandown, plus the Group 2 Bet 365 Lancashire Oaks at Haydock and the Bet 365 Old Newton Cup handicap.

12.30pm – 1.30pm Classical Gas with Chris Booth

This weeks Classical gas is all about Summer. Tune in to find and learn about the evocative classical music pieces that celebrate the season and provide a warm musical background to your summer activities.
