9am – 11am Yabber Yabber with Chris Capel
Chris interviews Esther Fairfax (pic right) who’s mother Lotte Berk founded an exercise method for women derived from ballet training called the Lotte Berk technique. Esther who’s Barre studios are in Hungerford is qualified to teach and train people in the technique. She talks about it’s origins and how exercises are specially designed for non dancers to enjoy and achieve. On the same subject Chris interviewed Kelly Wackerman (pic below) who was trained as a teacher by Esther and runs her own classes based on the Lotte Berk technique from her 
studio in Long Beach California. Also on todays show there’s the usual “business matters” slot which looks at the UK economy and Brian Quinn provides all the local news and event info during “What’s New Mr Q” Enjoy!
