Here’s what’s on FABULOUS 4LEGS Radio

7am – 9am The Pete Brady Breakfast Show

The weather may have cooled off a bit, but the Breakfast Show’s music is still hot enough to start your day with a smile.  Pete’s featured artist this week is Chrissie Hynde, lead singer of the Pretenders as well as a successful solo artist. Don’t miss it!

9am – 11am Yabber Yabber with Chris Capel

After a four week break Yabber Yabber is back with another great show. Molly Hall (pic right) will be in the studio to provide the latest news from Trindledown Farm including how much was raised from the recent on-line auction. Phoning in ‘live’ from Ben Nevis is Ken Critcher who’ll be reporting the progress of Mark Summer and his business associate Paul (pic below) on their 3 peaks challenge where they’re aiming to raise a significant some of money for the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre. Plus, Brian Quinn will be providing the latest local news and events information. There’s also local sports, interesting national news items and of course some great tunes. Enjoy!

11am – 12noon This Week with Penny

This week Penny will be talking food, specifically low energy cooking tips to help people during the cost of living crisis and more sustainable vegetarian options.


12noon - 12.30pm Downlands Racing with Pat Murphy

Pat will look back at the week in racing and preview the fantastic race meeting at Newmarket on Saturday which includes two Group1’s, a Group 2 and the cavalry charge which is the Cambridgeshire handicap. Can a find you a winner or two? 

12.30pm – 1.30pm Old Wild Men with Max & Tobi

A chance to listen to a previous entertaining Old Wild Men show.  The themes are Moon and Colours with music from artists including: The Rolling Stones, The Marcels, REM, Thin Lizzy, Robbie Robertson, The Doors, Hot Club of Cowtown, Jimi Hendrix and many more..

1.30pm – 2.30pm Pop Quizzical with Tim Stutt

Another round of this popular lunchtime music quiz with our entertaining quizmaster Tim Stutt. There’ll be some fantastic music across the genres for you to enjoy even if you don’t know the answers to the questions.

2.30pm - 4.30pm Face2Face with Tim & Linda Forrester

With Face2Face back in its normal slot, Tim and Linda reflect on the emotion of Monday’s momentous events. They also find time to look at left handedness, weddings, tennis, escapes and the regular features on happy birthdays and ‘what happened on this day’. Plus music ranging from Kirsty McColl to the Birthday Boss.
