Here’s what’s on FABULOUS 4LEGS Radio

7am – 9am The Pete Brady Breakfast Show

This week Pete’s featured artist at 8 is Paul Young, the English singer and songwriter who has 4 of his first 6 releases in the top 10 in 1983 and 1984. The rest of the Breakfast Show is designed to start the last day of the week on the bright side. Don’t miss it!

9am – 11am Yabber Yabber with Chris Capel

Jamie Wayman from East Garston will be in the studio to talk Billiards. Jamie has played Billiards for 50 years and at a very good standard. Chris will find out about his interest in the sport and some of his greatest achievements. Also, Brian Quinn will be on the phone to cover local news and events and there’ll be the usual smattering of interesting  national news items as well as some great tunes. Enjoy!

11am – 12noon This Week with Penny

This week Penny will be talking to Jon Atkinson (pic) about the exciting plans for the new Lambourn Wellbeing Centre next to the Sports Club. The charity is dedicated to advancing the health, physical and mental wellbeing for people in the local community and surrounding villages.

12noon - 12.30pm Downlands Racing with Pat Murphy & Chris Carter Brennan

With Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 races at Ascot, Haydock and Wincanton over the weekend there’ll be a lot for Pat and Chris to cover in this week’s 30 minute racing show. It will be some horses last prep race before Cheltenham  which is in 4 weeks but can our pundits identify which ones we should follow for the big races at the Festival? Listen in to find out.

12.30pm – 1.30pm Middle Aged Musical Musings with Owen Killminster

In Valentine’s Day week, Owen looks at songs about love in all its forms, as opposed to love songs. Hopefully there are one or two surprises

1.30pm – 2.30pm The 4LEGS Gardening Show with Linda & Jane

On toady’s 4LEGS Gardening Show, Linda and Jane  review Cherry Blossom initiatives, talk about garden visits and discuss their plant of the month, the Helibore.

2.30pm - 4.30pm Face2Face with Tim & Linda Forrester

On Friday’s Face2Face, Tim and Linda check out tattoos and unusual jobs, look back at the 80s and decide on the top five Normans.Plus swans, long distance birds, old pubs and lots of music.
