Gill Leech (pic right) trustee and volunteer at West Berkshire Mencap is one of Chris’s telephone guests and will talk about their upcoming charity events which includes a race day at Newbury on Saturday March 4th. The other is Ceri Hanlon (pic below), who’s a volunteer on the Kennet & Avon’s trust owned canal boat “The Rose of Hungerford”. Ceri will be covering their current recruitment drive for new volunteer crew members on the canal boat. Plus there’ll be local and national news items of interest, a look at events happening in and around the area and some great tunes to get you moving on a cold crisp winters day. Enjoy!
