Here’s what’s on FABULOUS 4LEGS Radio

7am – 9am The Pete Brady Breakfast Show

Sadly ZZ Top’s bassist, Dusty Hill died last Thursday, and this week they are Pete’s featured artist at 8 o’clock. The band’s line up has not changed in fifty-one years and in that time they have released fifteen studio albums selling over fifty million copies.

As usual the rest of the music mix is designed to start the day in “happy” mode. Don’t miss it!

9am – 11am Yabber Yabber with Chris Capel

With the new football season almost upon us Chris has been to Hungerford Town FC to interview the Manager, the Chairman and some of the players to talk about their prospects in the 2021/22 campaign. Also Chris will be launching the Children’s Short Story writing competition with tips from well known children’s author Geraldine McCaughrean (pic right). There’ll be local event information plus national initiatives that may be of interest   Most Music on the show will be from artists and bands beginning with the letter ‘M’ .Enjoy!

11am – 12noon This Week with Penny

This week Penny catches up with author and broadcaster Suzi Cairns about ‘You, Me and a Cup of Tea’ her exciting new venture recording people’s stories for posterity.

12noon - 12.30pm The Downlands Racing Show with Pat Murphy & Chris Carter Brennan

Pat and Chris will look back at the last 2 days of Glorious Goodwood and ahead to the weekend’s action from Ascot, where the Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup takes place and Haydock Park

12.30pm – 1pm The Finance and Legal Show presented by Karen Salmon

Karen Salmon (pic far left) , Peyton Mathews-Hewer (pic right) and Alex Atkins (pic left) from the Hungerford Finance & Legal Centre present the first of a regular monthly show focusing on matters finance and legal. Today they are going to cover land disputes.  In particular 5 million things you should know before buying or selling a house.

1pm – 1.30pm The DIY Show with Keith Fryer

Keith from Fort Builders Merchants will be giving an update on the supplier market plus it being summer time,  landscaping – timber and composite decking specifically. 

1.30pm - 2.30pm Pop Quizzical with Tim Stutt

More pop questions, more great tunes and more entertainment from Popmeister Tim Stutt.

2.30pm - 4.30pm Face2Face with Tim & Linda Forrester

 First broadcast in the Spring, this week on Fcae2Face Tim & Linda tell the Les Dawson Story, play music with Summer or Sun in the titles and share lots of entertaining snippets from both past and present.
