Suzi chats with psychologist Linda Berkeley (pic) about the state of the nation’s mental health and more
specifically about the emotional wellbeing of villagers in the Lambourn Valley. Helpful phone numbers are discussed and Linda conducts a short mindfulness practice to calm the tsunami of stress that Covid 19 is causing.

12.10pm – 1pm Yabber Yabber (part 2) with Chris Capel
Part 2 of the show Chris will be joined on the phone by ex-jockey Fergus Sweeney (pic) who’s taking part in the Racing Welfare singing competition ‘The Furlong Factor.’ What chance has Fergus got of winning the £1,500 prize? Well hopefully we’ll find out. Fergus will also give his opinion on the various options to re-start racing in the UK. Also calling in will be Eastbury resident Toby Corney who’ll be talking ponds and what to look out for in yours and tips if you’re thinking of creating one in your garden. Plus there’ll be the odd great tune or 10.
