12.30pm – 1.45pm It's Only Words...Or is It? (Part 2) with Chris & Chris

We all listen to songs but how many of us actually listen to the words. Words have always formed an important part of a song to impart feelings or tell a story. The meaning of them are often missed as we sing along to our favourite tunes

So this Friday from 12.30 join Chris Capel and Chris Booth (pic) for part 2 of the show and they will be playing some more famous tracks with memorable words, after all
“Its only words …..or is it ?”

1.45pm – 2.55pm Old Wild Men with Max & Tobi

Themes on this week’s Old Wild Men are New Orleans for Max and Femme Fatal for Tobi. You can enjoy some great music from the likes of Al Stewart, The Kinks, Louis Prima,  Louis Armstrong, The Velvet Underground, AWOL Nation…and many more. There will of course be some entertaining banter between the two Old Wild Men.

2.55pm - 4.45pm The Retro Radio Show with Andy Henly

Join Andy Henly for the retro radio show. Share your memories on Facebook.com forward slash Retro Radio Show.

This week’s School Days Challenge tackles the subject of English and Lost TV remembers a Spin off show of a well know kids classic. There’s also the usual  2 x 12inches remixes.

Finally, Help compile Andy’s Mix Tape with your choice of classic song, tell us why it should be on it and we’ll do the rest.
