11am – 12noon This Week with Penny
This week local nutritionist Sam Silvester will be talking about personalised glucose monitoring in relation to diabetes, mood, energy, sleep and hormones.And Penny’s work experience student Ellie Wheatley from Mary Hare School will be sharing her experience of campaigning for CMV screening to prevent disabilities in babies including hearing loss. A keen footballer, Ellie also plays for the para team at Southampton FC Academy and was filmed for the CBBC documentary series The Football Academy.
12noon - 12.30pm Downlands Racing with Pat Murphy
It’s the last day of the flat season and Pat will reflect on it’s highs and lows. Plus he hopes to find the 4LEGS listeners the winner of the final big race which is the November handicap at Doncaster plus he’ll preview the feature races over the jumps at Aintree and Down Royal in Ireland.

3.30pm - 4.30pm Face2Face with Tim & Linda Forrester
This week, Tim and Linda have a one hour show, in which they plan to talk about Remembrance Sunday, a lonely sheep and the birth pangs of the first motorways service stations, plus updates from Sir Cliff and Dickie Bird (pic of statue), along with their regular ‘on this day’ feature. The music includes some new songs plus some classic oldies.
