10.30am – 11.30am Back 2 Basics with Charlese and Charlie
Welcome to the “Back 2 Basics” show on 4LEGS Radio, with Charlese and Charlie (pic left). We are level 3 media students at Newbury College and this is our first ever radio show. We will be playing the latest music from the 21st century, while also having a featured guest who’s a presenter at Kennet radio. In addition we will be talking about our summer plans and what the future holds for us after our college life comes to an end. We hope you enjoy the show.

Mike Bowden will be calling in to update us on the Swindon Humanitarian Aid Partnership (SHAP) about their latest convoy to Ukraine and their brilliant project to supply converted buses to Ukraine. They have already kitted one out as a mobile hospital and are now working on a Children’s Story Bus.

Pat and Chris look back at the final 2 days of Royal Ascot and preview Saturday’s famous staying race The Jennings

Today’s Old Wild Men is a rerun of a show first broadcast during the Summer of 2022. Tobi’s theme is ‘animals’ and Max’s is ‘work’. As well as some great tunes there’s plenty of banter between the two of them.
2.30pm - 4.30pm Into the Weekend with Andy Westgate
This Friday afternoon join Andy Westgate from 2.30 – 4.30. Tim and Linda are still away so Andy will be getting “In to the weekend” with easy afternoon classic tunes, including a few artists who played at Glastonbury this year. He’ll also be checking out what’s on around the area!
