What’s On 2021-06-04

Here’s what’s on Fabulous 4LEGS Radio

7am – 9am The Pete Brady Breakfast Show

Last week Pete’s featured artist at 8 was Paul McCartney. This week it’s John Lennon, the other half of the most successful song writing team ever. It started with the Beatles, followed by the Plastic Ono Band and huge success as a solo artist up to his tragic death at just over 40 in 1980.  Is there a better way to start your day? Don’t miss it!

9am – 11.30am Yabber Yabber with Chris Capel

Sue Cocker (right) will be in the studio to provide the latest update / status of the Lambourn Neighbourhood Development Plan (LNDP). On the phone will be Clare Middleton (below), co-founder of ‘Educafe’ in Newbury which has recently been appointed as the district’s Diverse Ethnic Communities Support Agency by West Berks Council. Amongst other things Clare will be talking about a Job Support Club and English for Work course which starts next week. Plus on today’s show there will be another ‘where are they now’ spot, more informative audios and music from artists beginning with the letter ‘D.’  Enjoy!

Tow of the flat seasons classics take place at Epsom this weekend. The first is the Oaks on Friday followed by the Derby on Saturday. Can Pat and Chris find you the winners of these 2 classics? They’ve also got to select a horse each for the ‘Napster’ competition which Chris is currently winning

1pm – 1.30pm On the Fence with Michael Quinn

This week Michael explores some of the key news stories over the past couple of weeks with a focus on Dominic Cummings press conference. In the second part he interviews Dominic Quinn (pic right) who provides his insight on the saga.

Another from the Pop Quizzical Archives for you to enjoy.  This time it’s from the Winter of 2020.
