Don’t miss it!

11am – 12.15pm Yabber Yabber with Chris Capel
Music, local news and useful information make up Saturday’s very easy going Yabber Yabber show. Plus another clip from a classic TV and Radio show.  Don’t forget you can make dedications to family or friends by either texting 07418 310510 or emailing 4legsradio@gmail.com

12.15.pm – 1.30pm Knock Knock with Suzi Cairns

Ruth Honey (pic left), Chairman of the Board of Governors of Lambourn Primary School, explains to Suzi how the staff have coped with the impact of Covid-19. Educating children is always a challenge, but meeting the needs of vulnerable pupils, Key workers’ kids and those who are unable to access technology during the corona virus pandemic has required even more application, resolve and initiative. As the school prepares to open its doors for the first time in ten weeks, Ruth explains the lengths to which teachers, cleaners and the caretaker have gone to ensure the safety of all their charges.  Suzi also chats to Lucy Goldstraw (pic below) from the Lambourn Dental Practice, where she has worked for the last 13 years as a dental nurse. Lucy explains how difficult it is for dentistry to operate amid the current pandemic, offers advice for immediate DIY solutions to some dental dilemmas, and explains how cycling and running have kept her sane as a furloughed employee.
