An employee at Healthwatch West Berks explains the support local residents can receive who have a problem with anything from maternity services to care homes. Hungerford singer songwriter John Cully (pic) will be in the studio to talk about his music, influences and his musical aspirations. There’ll also be news of local activities and events plus some old tunes from the Yabber Yabber record library.
11am – 12 noon This Week with Penny
Joining Penny is Alice Kunjappy-Clifton (pic) from Healthwatch West Berkshire, our consumer champions for health and social services, will explain how they support local residents who have a problem with everything from maternity services to care homes. She will also explain how you can support them by volunteering as a mystery shopper, researcher or by observing and assessing local services.

The focus will be on local football with telephone conversations from Steve Harris (pic left) the coach of the Lambourn Sports first team and Steve Henderson (pic below)

2.30pm – 4.30pm Face2Face with Pete Brady and Chris Capel
With both Pat Heslop and Tim Forrester both away the duo of Pete Brady and Chris Capel will be at the helm for Face2Face. Their guest is Raymond Baker (pic) who’s the chairman of East Garston Social Club. Raymond will tell us all about himself, how he got involved with the social club and the activities/events that take place. Pete and Chris will also look back at some of the news items and stories from the past decade and no doubt they’ll be fighting each other to play music of their choice.
