Broadcasting schedule for Friday 26th October:

 

11am – 12noon. ‘This Week with Penny’  Tai Chi teacher and artist Kate Duncan will explain how the ancient martial art of moving meditation Tai Chi increases your energy, relaxation and creativity levels. 

12noon – 12.30pm ‘The Downland Racing Show’  Pat will take a look ahead to Champion’s Day at Ascot. Some fantastic racing will be on offer and this is the last big ‘hurrah’ for the flat season 

12.30pm – 1.30pm With Ed unavailable again this week it’s ‘Yabber Yabber part 2’ when Chris will be talking local stuff and playing some great music 

1.30pm – 2.30pm ‘Knock Knock’ Suzi Cairns This week Suzi interviews Lancashire born Parish Councillor Tina Nims, to see how her experience of the Lambourn Valley contrasts with her daughter Loucinda’s, who appeared on the last episode.

2.30pm – 4.30pm  ‘The Forrester and Allen Show’  Both Paul and Tim away this week the show will be co-presented by Pat Heslop and Chris Capel. Their first guest is Roger Stace of BBONT (Berks, Bucks and Oxon Wildlife Trust) so expect chat and questions of a wildlife nature.

Also in the studio will be Gill Hall  of ‘GS Youth Club and Comedy Night’  Gill is one of the leaders of the group and lives in Great Shefford. Recently Gill’s house was hit by a car, so local speed limits will be a subject for discussion as well .
